MARCH

21 Youth Set Tables Up- Those who attend the Wed. Night Program will be helping to set up tables.

24 Adopt-A-Highway Patrol- Meet at the church by 7:00 AM. Breakfast will be provided. We will cancel if it snows.

25 Congregational Business Meeting- Soup and Sandwhich lunch. Youth will help serve and clean up.

APRIL

1 DEADLINE FOR YOUTH MESSAGE CONTEST- See Chad if you had any questions.

8 DEADLINE FOR $ AND REGISTRATION FOR NATIONAL JR. HIGH YOUTH CONFERENCE- The cost is $50/$99 (click here for price explanation). A flyer will be sent out with program details.

8 Easter Sunday Breakfast- Youth fundraiser meal. Youth will help with preparation and clean up.

14 District Jr. High Service Project- There will be two different work sites. One is at the Brethren Housing and the second is at the headquarters for COBYS. There is no cost, but each youth will be resposible for a packed lunch. Drinks will be provided. Meet at church by 8:15 AM.

22 DEADLINE TO REGISTER FOR THE DISTRICT SR. HIGH SUNDAY IN THE PARK- See Chad for further details or questions.

27-28 "30 Hour Famine"- Meet at church by 6 PM on Friday. Please bring along sleeping bags and overnight belongings. The event will conclude Saturday at 7:30 PM. Each person/family is asked to bring 1 gallon of drink (NO soda please- lemonade, iced tea, orange drink).

MAY

1 DEADLINE TO SIGN UP AND PAY FOR CREATION FEST 2007- The cost is $40/$80 and needs to be handed to Mike or Janis Miller. Talk to Chad if you have financial concerns. We will need 4 adults to go along on this trip.

6 DEADLINE FOR SR. HIGH TO HAVE THEIR APPLICATION IN FOR THE DISTRICT YOUTH CABINENT- See Chad for further details or questions.

6 National Youth Sunday- We will be incorporate the "30 Hour Famine" into the service.

6 Sr. High Sunday in the Park- This is a district event and will be held at Roland Park in Akron from 2-6 PM. The youth should be at the church by 1:30 PM. We will leave the park at 5:30 PM so that we can participate in the Love Feast Service. (See above for deadline information)

20 Parent Appreciate Dinner- The youth will be providing and serving this meal to the parents. Youth need to be at the church by 2 PM to help set up. The meal will be served at 5 PM for the parents.

27 Tailgate Party???? Fundraiser????- Still looking into this. Further information will follow.
